Creator network

Creator Relationship Associate

Be the day-to-day partner for the creators in our network, from first hello to a posted campaign.

What you'll do

  • Find, vet and onboard new desi creators into the network
  • Brief creators on campaigns and keep every deliverable on schedule
  • Agree rates and timelines with creators within campaign budgets
  • Collect drafts, share feedback and make sure every paid post is disclosed
  • Keep the creator database current: handles, audience, rates, past work

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years in influencer marketing, talent management or community roles
  • Organized, quick to reply, and good at keeping many creators on track
  • Familiar with Instagram, YouTube and desi creator culture
  • An Indian language besides English is a plus

Sales

Sales Development Representative

What you'll do

  • Research and build lead lists of startups, consumer brands and local businesses
  • Run outbound email, LinkedIn and phone outreach
  • Book discovery calls and hand over well-qualified leads
  • Keep the CRM accurate and report on pipeline each week
  • Feed what you hear from prospects back into our pitch

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years as an SDR or BDR, ideally selling marketing or agency services
  • Clear, confident writing and phone manner
  • Able to work US business hours
  • Curious about the creator economy and desi audiences

Operations

Finance & Admin Lead

Own the money side of a fast-moving creator business so the rest of the team can focus on clients and creators.

What you'll do

  • Client invoicing and billing
  • Tracking incoming payments and overdue invoices
  • Vendor payments and expense management
  • Bookkeeping and coordination with a tax accountant
  • Cash-flow tracking and basic financial reporting
  • Payroll coordination and administrative tasks

What we're looking for

  • 2–5 years in bookkeeping, accounting or finance operations
  • Hands-on with QuickBooks, Xero or similar tools
  • Comfortable with US small-business finance and paying contractors
  • Careful with detail and calm under deadlines

Creative

Creative AI Film Producer

Produce ad films and motion pieces for our clients, mixing AI film tools with real creator footage.

What you'll do

  • Produce AI-assisted ad films with Higgsfield, Seedance and Runway
  • Edit creator-shot footage into polished ads with conventional editing tools
  • Write prompts, shot lists and storyboards from client briefs
  • Deliver versions for Reels, YouTube and web (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
  • Keep every video on-brand and clearly human-led

What we're looking for

  • 1–4 years in video production, editing or motion design
  • Hands-on experience with Higgsfield, Seedance and Runway
  • Strong conventional editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
